We are so looking forward to welcoming the people we love most to Lancemore Milawa to celebrate the first day of the rest of our lives. Inspired by candlelit gatherings, long table dinners and alpine winter evenings, we have planned a celebration that feels timeless, intimate, and warmly inviting.

This website includes everything you need to know including the run of the day, accommodation and activities available in the region.

Accommodation

Your Stay at Lancemore Milawa

Accommodation on the night of the wedding has been reserved exclusively for our guests at Lancemore Milawa. To allow a relaxed, stress-free experience, we have pre-selected a Friday arrival and Sunday checkout for everyone by default. If needed, you can customise your specific nights below. Please note that while there are enough rooms for all guests onsite, specific room categories are limited and are offered on a first-in, first-served basis.

A note on timing: Official check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM on Sunday. As festivities begin at 2:15 PM, we encourage taking the Friday night reservation for a relaxed arrival.
Staying onsite: Uber is unavailable and taxis are limited in this regional area. We are not providing transfers to offsite locations on the day of the wedding, so we warmly encourage staying onsite to relax and enjoy the celebrations.

Availability is live and updates as guests respond. Each room is $300 per night and includes breakfast for two (twin share). Further details can be found at the Lancemore Milawa website.

All rooms feature polished concrete floors, a king-size bed (or twin where required), ensuite and luxurious bouclé daybed.

Please note there is no elevator in the hotel — please select a Ground Floor room if you have accessibility requirements.

Getting to Milawa

From Melbourne Airport
Approximately a 2.5-hour drive.
From Albury Airport
Approximately a 1-hour drive.
Onsite Transport
No shuttles or buses to off-site accommodation will run on the night of the wedding.

Rideshare services such as Uber are not available, and taxi availability is limited — particularly in the evening. We warmly recommend staying onsite so you can relax and enjoy the celebrations.

Dress Code

Formal — Black Tie

Winter Noir

We invite guests to wear formal black-tie attire in keeping with the style of our winter wedding in Victoria's High Country.

Inspired by old-world glamour and classic black and white photography, we are creating a monochrome celebration and kindly ask that all guests wear black attire only. A sea of black will help create the striking, timeless atmosphere reflected throughout the day and in our photographs.

Think timeless black eveningwear, tailored black suits, long gowns, velvet textures, statement coats, and vintage-inspired faux or heirloom fur wraps. Winter evenings in the mountains can be cold, so elegant layering is encouraged.

Please avoid
